So, just called the dealership this morning with my first service experience.Had high expectations because the level of sales from Amanda was so incredible as you can see from previous comments. I took my BMW 530 I to the Nashua, New Hampshire BMW service location, and the service advisor Nick told me that the dealership from Hudson Valley Poughkeepsie New York never transferred over the maintenance and service warranty from the previous owner. Had high expectations because the level of sales from Amanda it was so incredible as you can see from previous comments. I took my BMW 530 hi to the Nashua, New Hampshire BMW service location, and the service advisor Nick told me that the dealership from Hudson Valley Poughkeepsie New York never transferred over the maintenance and service warranty from the previous owner.So I called the location this morning Hudson Valley BMW and spoke to an Agent. He told me that the finance manager told me that I had the option to transfer over the maintenance and warrantee from the previous owner for the hundred dollars. Absolutely, no such thing ever occurred. I wife and I were sitting right there with Ken, where can offered a smorgasbord of add-ons to extend the life of the existing warranty and other things, he never mentioned the $100 to transfer over former owners information into my name with the used car. So right now I have no warranty, and no maintenance plan that is included with the car. Right now I have to pay $100 out of my Pocket that absolutely was never discussed with me. I am so frustrated it is beyond words to me. The agent who I spoke with from Poughkeepsie was of no help, he tried to transfer me to a phone in sales to leave a message that was of no help, and couldn’t do a xxxx thing to help me. While he did offer do you have somebody call me back, I’m still waiting 45 minutes later for that to happen. I truly hope that this hasn’t happened to anybody else and it’s just a mistake, but while this car was only used $37,000 car, the signal This has sent me Is loud and clear. $100 and failing to communicate may just have cost a dealership my future business, my wife’s business, and many others with something that could be quickly fixed. Sincerely, Brian Bucknam Just wanted to update that Amanda who was my previous sales person has been in touch with me since 9:20 AM this morning. She almost immediately called me as soon as she got in. Amanda remembered me, remember my wife, remembered our situation, had empathy with the situation, and Told me she would do everything she could do to straighten this mess out. She called me back quickly, and apologized, told me they were going to take care of the $100 fee never discussed with me, and I couldn’t be more be more appreciating. You’ve restored my faith by your follow up, and I look forward to the future needs.
