My wife’s lease was up and I had worked with David before for my current BMW so I sent him an e-mail. He got back to me quickly and asked what we were looking for so he could get things ready for our appoin for my current BMW so I sent him an e-mail. He got back to me quickly and asked what we were looking for so he could get things ready for our appointment. He was easy to work with, answered all our questions and got us out of our current lease so we could get the new BMW. I’m changing my experience due to a lack of communication from the handoff of Amanda to Ken. While everything seem to be impressive, somebody there dropped the ball to inform me that I needed to get the old maintenance and warranty transferred into my name. I’m 49 years old (almost) and have never heard of purchasing a car and being accountable for 100$ To do such a thing. Very frustrating! Still no resolve and I truely feel disrespected. At this point, I’m forced to pay 100$ to do have this done at another dealership. Nobody has returned my phone call.... Amanda to the rescue again! She sure does have a way with taking care of customers and making them feel special. Couldn’t be any happier, they have a good situation turn into a bad as a bad feeling however Amanda was able to turn it around very quickly. Great BMW experience I truly got the full BMW service from Amanda, she answered all my questions regarding the X30i and was very accommodating with a test drive that convi I truly got the full BMW service from Amanda, she answered all my questions regarding the X30i and was very accommodating with a test drive that convinced me and my wife that we wanted the car and decided to make a full purchase. Amanda from sales explained the technology and benefits of the X30i, and detailed the safety features of the vehicle. Wow incredible technology that I was looking for in a performance vehicle. Also, when I picked up the car, Amanda took her time in setting up the features and even coordinated my Apple phone with I drive settings. She continued to go over some details, and I was comfortably with the technology system. Of course there is a learning curve, but with Amanda, she was a great instructor thus alleviating any trepidation that I initially had with the plethora of tech associated with edge idrive navigation. Overall, We were treated very nicely and never given the the bum rush, and spent sufficient time to arrive at this purchase. Lastly, Ken in finance was very thorough with all the paperwork, and was helpful with some additional coverage protection packages. All in all, Amanda and Ken, super helpful! More

Excellent service as always! After working with John Robertson a few years ago on my first purchase, I knew I wanted to work with him again when I wanted to get a new X3. Similar to my first experience, I took my time in making my decision and John was super patient with me, as always. When I finally made the decision to go for it, John stayed past closing to search for and find a car that had just about everything I was looking for, especially in the color combination I wanted. It was also a pleasure to work with Ken who took the time to send over things to me ahead of my pick-up date so I could review the paperwork. Isaac showed me all the new bells and whistles with my new X3 and encouraged me to come back if I had any questions. It was great to have him walk me through the differences since there were quite a few between my former X3 and new one. John, Ken and Isaac truly made the process easy for me and as stress-free as possible. More

We were unset do hear we couldn't lease a pre-owned car and tried to see if a new 2020 would be in our price range. When hearing that our monthly payments were going to be higher than we wanted, we left the dealership and headed elsewhere. While in a competitor's dealership in the same area, my husband's phone rang and it was Amanda (our salesgirl) informing us that she looked further and found a 2020 loaner car with 2,000 miles on it that we could lease at a lower rate! In a nutshell that's where our journey with BMW of Hudson Valley began! Amanda set us up and we signed an hour later. We then picked our car up 3 days later and were treated with the utmost respect, and kindness. I highly recommend this dealership and the friendliness of their employees and high quality service! More
