BMW of Hudson Valley

Buyer Beware. Last month I purchased a car from BMW of Hudson Valley. David Kreines was my salesperson. I located the car on Car Guru. A 2019,450 SLMercedes. I live in another state so I relied on David t Hudson Valley. David Kreines was my salesperson. I located the car on Car Guru. A 2019,450 SLMercedes. I live in another state so I relied on David to be honest with me. I asked him if there was anything wrong with the car. He told me that the car was perfect. I agreed to buy it. They would detail it and my transporters would then pick it up. Sent a deposit and received paperwork from Ken Winters and the mileage was not as it was advertised. Car Guru said the mileage was6,487 the dealership listed the mileage as 7,007. I contacted David and asked him if there was anything else that they did not disclose and what is the condition of the car? Again, he said the car was perfect. I also asked Ken Winters about the condition of the car and got the same reply, it’s perfect. When the car came off the truck, there were things wrong with it. Firstly, the car had not been detailed. It was dirty inside and finger prints were everywhere. The driver side,interior door had been pushed open with someone’s high heels there were holes and scratches in the door. The cover rails on both the passenger and driver side were scratched up with I assume high heels. The driver side outside mirror is scratched. I went to the local Mercedes dealer and received an estimate of $1,951.72 to repair the damage. I called David Kreines and he said I should have bought a new car.( I guess $70,000 is nothing). I then called the General Manager, Anu Singh and the Sales Manager, Marcus Mancuso. They did not return my calls. I sent David the estimate from Mercedes and he replied “We do not take any responsibility for the cosmetics”. And they would sent me a measly $200 for detailing. I have received nothing. Stay away from this dealer. They are dishonest to say the least. More

My wife’s lease was up and I had worked with David before for my current BMW so I sent him an e-mail. He got back to me quickly and asked what we were looking for so he could get things ready for our appoin for my current BMW so I sent him an e-mail. He got back to me quickly and asked what we were looking for so he could get things ready for our appointment. He was easy to work with, answered all our questions and got us out of our current lease so we could get the new BMW. We’re a little on the younger side and David was always professional and courteous which we really appreciated. When my lease is up on my current BMW I’ll be e-mailing David again! More

I’m changing my experience due to a lack of communication from the handoff of Amanda to Ken. While everything seem to be impressive, somebody there dropped the ball to inform me that I needed to get the old maintenance and warranty transferred into my name. I’m 49 years old (almost) and have never heard of purchasing a car and being accountable for 100$ To do such a thing. Very frustrating! Still no resolve and I truely feel disrespected. At this point, I’m forced to pay 100$ to do have this done at another dealership. Nobody has returned my phone call.... Amanda to the rescue again! She sure does have a way with taking care of customers and making them feel special. Couldn’t be any happier, they have a good situation turn into a bad as a bad feeling however Amanda was able to turn it around very quickly. Great BMW experience I truly got the full BMW service from Amanda, she answered all my questions regarding the X30i and was very accommodating with a test drive that convi I truly got the full BMW service from Amanda, she answered all my questions regarding the X30i and was very accommodating with a test drive that convinced me and my wife that we wanted the car and decided to make a full purchase. Amanda from sales explained the technology and benefits of the X30i, and detailed the safety features of the vehicle. Wow incredible technology that I was looking for in a performance vehicle. Also, when I picked up the car, Amanda took her time in setting up the features and even coordinated my Apple phone with I drive settings. She continued to go over some details, and I was comfortably with the technology system. Of course there is a learning curve, but with Amanda, she was a great instructor thus alleviating any trepidation that I initially had with the plethora of tech associated with edge idrive navigation. Overall, We were treated very nicely and never given the the bum rush, and spent sufficient time to arrive at this purchase. Lastly, Ken in finance was very thorough with all the paperwork, and was helpful with some additional coverage protection packages. All in all, Amanda and Ken, super helpful! More
