After contacting quite a few other BMW dealerships in the area I can say that the service I received from David was by far the most pleasant and certainly the most reasonable. Searching for a car can be a difficult process but David presented me with my options in a no nonsense, reasonable, respectful and equitable manner. Our communication made it clear to me, after searching for some time, that this was the dealership to do business with. Once I received the car I was assisted by Namita Kohli. Namita is very knowledgeable and very pleasant. She explained all of the features of both the exterior and interior of the car, helping me to get familiar with operating functions that I was not previously accustomed to.
