David’s professionalism, product knowledge and patience is what put us in our fist BMW. It was a 2016 328i xDrive with lots of options. He took the time to answer ALL our questions regarding leasing, financing and more importantly performance and reliability questions about the car. The car performed flawlessly over the 3 year lease period. So it was a no-brainer when the new 2020 330i’s were announced....we had to return to David to discuss another lease deal. Not having a car in inventory that matched our specific requirements, we decided to build our own 330i with all our options of choice. But building a “custom “ car via the BMW site was new to us and intimidating at first. Once again David stepped up and methodically guided us through the entire process. I went home, sat at the computer and my wife and I actually designed the car we’re now driving and forwarded the BMW build number to David ....how cool is that! David also kept us informed of every step in the process, from ordering to delivery. to introducing us to Gabriela Claussen who explain all the new and improved features The day I picked up the car, David introduced me to Gabriela Claussen. Gabriela was extremely helpful and patient in not only explaining but carefully demonstrating all the features of our new vehicle...and believe me when I say there were many!!!
