Slow new car pickup Purchase through sales department, Andrew Taffe, was excellent, quick and efficient. However, once I moved on to the Business office for final paper w Purchase through sales department, Andrew Taffe, was excellent, quick and efficient. However, once I moved on to the Business office for final paper work, lease deal, etc. it was bad. I kept being asked the same questions over and over about add on paint & dent insurance & tire warranty. Hard sell was applied. I guess NO doesn't mean No with F&I guy, Landers. Seemed like forever to get finished. Also, 2 followup calls were needed from Insurance company and two from me before I could get a copy of MSO for insurance. This should have been sent to insurance company on pickup day. Business office and F&I needs big improvement. Or they were just having a bad day. FYI... Matt, super tech, was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining my 328i xDrive electronic controls and options. More
