The styling of BMW caught her attention and she immediately wanted to test drive one. Client Advisor, Eric Baehr, was very knowledgeable, attentive and helpful. After several test drives, she fell in love with the BMW 328Xi and decided "this is the car." General Sales Manager, Anu Singh, introduced herself and was a pleasure to work with. After the car was purchased and before we left the dealership, BMW Genius Matt Kara, took great care in going over the vehicle and its electronic capabilities. Sorry Mercedes I think BMW has a new long term customer. More

BMW of the Hudson Valley: Professionalism at Its Best Tremendous staff! Tina and Fatima arranged a loaner car for me. Since the weather was uncertain my plans changed at least three times and each time Tremendous staff! Tina and Fatima arranged a loaner car for me. Since the weather was uncertain my plans changed at least three times and each time they adapted to my needs. They arranged to back each other up so one would always be available to handle my loaner issues and Tina left post-it notes on her desk detailing each new scenario. They always had a smile and never let me feel that I was being a burden, even though I was (my repair work occurred between two snow storms). Chris Cialini came out from the service area just to say hello even though he was transferred to a different work area, talk about a personal touch! Joanna, my service advisor, is a model of professionalism, she explained the work to be performed, a mixture of warranty and recall items, and was patient and thorough. When the time came to pick up my car Joanne, a model of efficiency, went over the details of the work and got me on my way with no unnecessary delays. This is a solid, professional, and knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend BMW of the Hudson Valley! More
