I gave a four not because of the service department but because I sure wish you could afford some new chairs! Since I have to wait 3/4 hours for my car, it would be nice to have something newer and comfor because I sure wish you could afford some new chairs! The BMW of Jackson is a place you can take your vehicle and know it will be serviced and/or repaired exactly like they say it will. No surprises. On this visit there was some damage to one tire.
