I had a wonderful experience at this dealership! Not only did I get the experience of having the vehicles brought to me before I found the one that was perfect for me and my family but when we arrived everyt did I get the experience of having the vehicles brought to me before I found the one that was perfect for me and my family but when we arrived everything was waiting and ready for us right when we walked in! Billy was right on top of keeping us comfortable while we went through every step of our process! He was not only informed and able to answer any of our questions but he was more then personable with not only us, the buyers, but with our 7 year old who got to tag along! He even gave her a complementary BMW teddy bear to bring home! When it came time to sign all our documents Zarrar was quick, efficient and kind. This was a phenomenal service and I intend to send any car buyers I know directly to these men! definitely my best experience at a car dealership! More

Cracked windshield during warranty work was not reported and while it was ultimately repaired at no charge, it was frustrating to have to discover it at pickup and then wait for responsibility to be taken. THEN to have the car returned upon windshield repair with a door ding to passengers door on drivers side indicates ultimately there is little to no respect/care for the vehicles. It’s very frustrating and is a huge concern for future service needs or purchases. More
