Clinton is always amazing to deal with. Dennis is one of the best salesman I've ever dealt with he actually cares about us. Above and beyond what a typical business person does. Now I did get an email not the best salesman I've ever dealt with he actually cares about us. Above and beyond what a typical business person does. Now I did get an email notification saying my car was due for an oil change when it wasn't due until 2021 but the person emailing me back said I needed it had it done then when I brought it into service they said I didn't need it. Other than that this place is top-notch More
Not a good experience at all. I felt a little disrespected. No help really. When i first came the first time they said i had a valve leak turns out it was my power steerling leaking on my alterna disrespected. No help really. When i first came the first time they said i had a valve leak turns out it was my power steerling leaking on my alternator. They said it will take a minute before needing fixing and also that they will work with me on price never gave me that option. Never explained how serious it really was. Also when i called for an appointment they never told me a time on getting my car looked at they just said drop it off. I dropped my car off at 10 didn’t get looked at till around 5pm. They didn’t want to help the tow guy find the door to drop off the car. They kept asking me could i afford to get my car fix and get the car towed back to my house. They never explained to me that they say it while giving me an oil change just couldn’t do more digging. I felt disrespected and a little out of place like they were trying to prove i didn’t belong getting my car fixed there. I don’t think i ever will be returning back. More
