Poor internal communication. Difficult to work with over the phone. Must do business traditional and in person for a chance at satisfaction. Assumptions, miscommunications, and people not being in the office during business hours significantly delayed my purchase. The customers convenience seemed insignificant. Service overall was sub par and they just blamed it on COVID-19 when there is a fundamental problem in the dealership with communications between employees. More

Was surprised Covid 19 protocols were not adhered to. This was not a good experience at all. I felt I was being taking advantage of. I felt the service guy was being dishonest. I received subpar service & expected so much more from BMW. Any time I visit Infiniti dealership with my other vehicle it's nothing but the best service. I mean the water in the fridge at BMW isn't cold.
