First time buyer I have bought BMW's from other dealers, some good, some, well, not so good. South KC BMW had a car I was interested in. I did the internet thing and made an appointment to look at it. I drove it, liked it and decided right there to do my best to get it. The gang worked with me, my budget and my nuttiness.. A couple of hours later, I was driving to an appointment. I smiled all the way until I tried the horn. No noise, I looked at the spec sheet and the car did not have the stealth horn option. I called the dealership and told the sales dude (Keith) and he set up an appointment that afternoon to fix it. I was at the shop maybe an hour before the service advisor came to tell me the car was ready to go! I recommend this dealership at the highest level. More

Service issues resolved. I had service performed on 2 occasions. Both times the staff was very courteous and responsive. I did encounter some issues with the diagnoses and once I reported them the service manager immediately became concerned and took decisive action to resolve those issues.
