He said that they had one on the lot (much to my surprise). I had been considering this purchase for a while. I traded in a 21 year old 4Runner, and got myself a 2018 Ford F150 Lariat. Certainly not an even trade (ha) but I bought this truck, I was not sold a truck. Excellent service by all staff - I always feel welcome, valued and respected. Awesome experience and I am so happy to be working with Kansas City South BMW.. they are certainly.head and shoulders above the rest! More

Best BMW Service for 1,000 miles I have been driving BMW's since 1979. I have had them serviced in Palo Alto, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Kansas City. Baron BMW in Kansas Cit I have been driving BMW's since 1979. I have had them serviced in Palo Alto, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York and Kansas City. Baron BMW in Kansas City used to hold the title of Best, but they have long since been eclipsed by BMW of Kanas City South. We happen to use Clint Wong, who is an A+, but the whole service staff is terrific. I cannot recommend them highly enough. More

It is rare to find that type of intuition. I will definitely look up BMW the next time we're car shopping. Some other representatives came up to interact with us during the process, which Impressed us with how much they care to make you feel at ease. Folks, give these people a look when you need a car whether it's a BMW or any other car. Giuseppe followed up twice this week to see how we liked the car. We did! More
