2016 BMW X5 Service - November 25, 2019 I've not been happy with the other BMW dealership in the area and decided it was time to check out BMW of Kansas City South. What a great decision. Best service experience that I have ever had on my BMW X5. Excellent facilities with remarkable friendly staff. Paullie Ranker in particular was our service advisor and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, courteous and took the time to explain the work to be performed, providing updates throughout the day. My three previously purchased BMWs came from the other dealership but there's no doubt that my fourth BMW will come from BMW of Kansas City South. More

Working with Hendricks BMW Over all not to bad, one thing I would make all buyers aware of is the dealership will and are expected to get top market on their cars, that being s Over all not to bad, one thing I would make all buyers aware of is the dealership will and are expected to get top market on their cars, that being said, make Sure you look over the car very closely, down to the nitty gritty, we purchased a used car, and after getting it home realized it had well over a hundred chips in the glass, ( not exaggerating) according to the staff that passes the inspection, I could agree with that in some cases but it was a car with just over 30,000 miles on it and they wanted top market price for the car, the next day I called and after some going back and forth, the windshield is getting replaced, my opinion on that is, if the dealership wants top market price for there car, please make Sure it is of that value, top market price is perfect condition, Other than that we had a decent experience, our salesman was wonderful. I would recommend him to deal with. More
