Great experience From the first interaction via email with this dealership it was clear I was dealing with true professionals. Emails were on time, polite, they answered all my questions within minutes of my messages, there was never pressure to move forward with the deal. At the end of the day, the car we bought was in spectacular condition, the price more than fair, the sales representative fun, informative, great at interacting with us and entertaining us during the entire process. The finance department (got to do some kind of financing to get a good price today...) wasn’t as engaging... Looked bored and put a lot of pressure to get some kind of additional insurance. Overall great experience. My next few cars will be bought at BMW of Kansas City South! More
