My husband went and got the saleman he had messaged about the vehicle. Our salesman was very knowledgable of the vehicle; even though it was not a bmw. We drove the car and it was what we were looking for. We went inside ran some numbers and kindly told them we needed to sleep on. The salesman clearly wanted our business but did not pressure us; he respected our choice to walk away. We went back the next day to look at car again. We drove the car again. Meanwhile someone got wind we were trading in our vehicle and wanted to buy it. All the paper was completed with the trade included. Our salesman did not get irritated ... nothing! We felt like we were doing the right thing and we all agreed. The financial process was essentially stress free. At no point in the process did we feel any pressure. Best dealer experience around KC I did an extensive search of different types of cars Lexus, Audi, Infiniti,BMW and a few others. I have been driving company cars so wanted someth I did an extensive search of different types of cars Lexus, Audi, Infiniti,BMW and a few others. I have been driving company cars so wanted something more " fancy" since I recently retired. I went to 7-8 or more dealerships around KC some very pushy, some seemed to care less about me. This dealership was by far the most professional of all of them. Gave me options, stayed in touch while I made my decision, which took some time, and weren't "pushy" like a lot of dealers. The Financial people were also helpful with options. I felt comfortable with the whole experience. More
