amazing giuseppe is the best. my boyfriend came in looking for a car originally. i was in the market for one as well but wasn’t planning on buying one anytim giuseppe is the best. my boyfriend came in looking for a car originally. i was in the market for one as well but wasn’t planning on buying one anytime soon. after spending the evening purchasing my boyfriends car i came back the next day to have giuseppe guide me through the process of potentially getting a car for myself as well. i was able to find not only my dream car but got it for a fabulous deal as well. giuseppe was able to make the process go as smooth as possible and answered all my questions. as a first time buyer buying a car is kind of scary but with giuseppe he made me feel very comfortable. i will literally tell everyone i know about him if they are in the market for a car. if i could give a million star review i would. Overcoming disdain and fear There were two very important reasons that I came in to this dealership one is that I previously owned a BMW of which it was my first and I knew I wan There were two very important reasons that I came in to this dealership one is that I previously owned a BMW of which it was my first and I knew I wanted a BMW. I was in a car accident and my “baby” was totaled. The second one is I really had a disdain maybe hatred and fear of car Sells persons. I had a very bad experience years ago prior to purchasing my first BMW and it really jaded me. When I purchased my first BMW I didn’t even go to the car dealership I had my best friend go and she did all the transactions for me. All I did was show up and sign the papers I didn’t even test drive it. The fear was so real. I would start shaking because of the anxiety and the terrible previous experience. I arrived at South KC BMW at 5:30 on purpose. I was very honest and I explained to Noelle and Tarek about the terrible car accident, and how that added to my anxiety and fear. I was completely blunt and straight forward. Both were very comforting and understood, sympathized with me and pledged to make it as smooth as possible. As I sat in that dealership to allow them to get the application together I began to sweat and I begin to get nervous. I only sat there for maybe an hour but it seem like an eternity. It seemed as though the entire dealership were my counselors and consistently passed by, came over to make sure I was ok. If I needed anything, etc. But Noelle and Tarek were very very comforting and understanding. I told them what I wanted and said ok I’ll just sign. Tarek instructed me that I needed to test drive the car after I said no no no I don’t want!! Tarek said it would not be in my best interest to not test drive, he said it was important for me to know if the car was right for me, so I did. When I got through test driving, no pressure no question. I left went home and didn’t think anymore about it. Just kind of thought OK I overcame this fear and anxiety. Even if I didn’t get the car I was just glad I was able to overcome. That meant a lot to me specifically they were very gentle and understanding I know they wanted to make a deal but I really believed it was genuine. The next day Tarek called me and said come get your car. So bottom line I overcame my fear I overcame my anxiety and I have determined in my mind that all dealerships are not the same specifically the BMW dealership in South Kansas city. I will always deal with going forward. My family and my coworkers were cheering me on to conquer this fear. So most likely they will become customers as well. I know car dealers are in the business of selling cars to earn a living and I know most times everything they say and do is towards getting you to purchase. But in this case I believe Noelle and Tarek's actions were very genuine, acknowledged my fear and got me through it. I just want to say a special thank you to them both and to BMW South Kansas City. More

BMW M4 GTS Service The car went in for regular service. Apon completion of service they discovered that the hood needed to be replaced.
