Both were ver I purchased my 2018 M550 from out of State and during my interactions I worked with Rodkeem Matthews and the sales manager Tarek Jebali. Both were very helpful and customer oriented. They were very helpful in finding the M550 I was looking for. We negotiated over the phone and after reaching an agreement I drove to KC to pick up the car. While I was doing the paperwork Tarek took my kids to the BMW store and gave each of them an RC car to keep them entertained. My entire experience with the everyone at BMW KC South was great, including the finance guys Jordan and Nick who were very friendly. Overall I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend BMW of KC South to anyone looking to purchase the Ultimate Driving Machine. Well done guys. More
Good service, horrible wash Brought car in for oil service, tire rotation, and to address a few other issues. Service department was friendly and addressed all my concerns. Had the tires rotated and not all tires were set to the correct tire pressures. Car was "washed" very poorly. Full of streaks and areas that were not cleaned. Found swirl marks and surface scratches in the paint. Very unhappy with the quality of the wash. Was considering having my car detailed there but will take it somewhere else. More

Incorrect diagnosis, no follow-up confirmation Came in due to air conditioning not working after extended use. Dealership stated that this is common issue and software reset would solve the problem Came in due to air conditioning not working after extended use. Dealership stated that this is common issue and software reset would solve the problem. Stated that fault log would confirm problem prior to reset. Stated fault log would not be used as check, only reinforcement of diagnosis. When told reset was complete, it was clear fault log wasn’t checked for confirmation. Air conditioning is still working sporadically. Would never come back here, have low confidence that good investigation would be done. Good part: customer service was very rapid and friendly. More
