A Great Experience BMW of Kansas City South is surrounded by several different dealerships and makes so as I was car shopping and browsing it was only right to stop by. After entering I was greeted by a really nice associate at the front desk and was offered refreshments as I waited for the other associate. Giuseppe Baldin really listened to my needs and wants and effectively helped me come to a decision on which BMW would be best for me. Everything he said was transparent and he didn't use any tactics. Both were ver I purchased my 2018 M550 from out of State and during my interactions I worked with Rodkeem Matthews and the sales manager Tarek Jebali. Both were very helpful and customer oriented. They were very helpful in finding the M550 I was looking for. We negotiated over the phone and after reaching an agreement I drove to KC to pick up the car. While I was doing the paperwork Tarek took my kids to the BMW store and gave each of them an RC car to keep them entertained. My entire experience with the everyone at BMW KC South was great, including the finance guys Jordan and Nick who were very friendly.
