It took 10 days!! My car was taken in Tuesday June 4 and when I hadn't heard anything by Thurs. June 6, I called and found out it hadn't even been evaluated. Received a call on Friday evening and was told a part had been ordered, which should be in Sat. Mon. or maybe Tuesday. Called again on Thurs. June 13 to hear part had just come in?! Basically I heard nothing for almost a week! Derek called me Friday June 12 to tell me it was ready. 10 days! I was not offered a loaner car. More
New Tires - Issue - Problem solved to my satisfaction UPDATED 7/15/19 - After working with my service rep and the Service Manager Matthew Bayer, they went through my car again and checked all the tires an UPDATED 7/15/19 - After working with my service rep and the Service Manager Matthew Bayer, they went through my car again and checked all the tires and stems to make sure they were safe. I also needed some other service done and they performed that at a steep discount. They also informed me the service tech has put new safety standards in place to make sure this never happens to anyone else.. I am very satisfied with the outcome and they did what they could to compensate me for going through the situation. Thank you guys. John O Spent $2200 on new tires Friday. Headed out of town with family and dog for a lake weekend. We get 90 miles away and tire goes flat. Stuck in the middle of no where with no dealerships in 100 miles. Come to find out the mechanic didn’t tighten the valve stem. We were very lucky it didn’t go flat while cruising at 80mph on the highway but rather at a random stop light. This was pure negligence and to think what could have happened over such a simple and normal routine is frightening. More

A Great Experience BMW of Kansas City South is surrounded by several different dealerships and makes so as I was car shopping and browsing it was only right to stop by. BMW of Kansas City South is surrounded by several different dealerships and makes so as I was car shopping and browsing it was only right to stop by. After entering I was greeted by a really nice associate at the front desk and was offered refreshments as I waited for the other associate. Giuseppe Baldin really listened to my needs and wants and effectively helped me come to a decision on which BMW would be best for me. Everything he said was transparent and he didn't use any tactics. I was overall happy with my experience and would recommend this dealership and Giuseppe Baldin to anybody interested in a Beamer. More
