3 trips back and still not fixed First off, you had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks total. New fuel pump was intsalled, drive 2 minutes and a check engine light came on and car shook l First off, you had my vehicle for almost 2 weeks total. New fuel pump was intsalled, drive 2 minutes and a check engine light came on and car shook like crazy. This is after spending $2500 on pump, miscellaneous, & maintenance. Trip #2 fuel pump replaced, drove maybe 50-75 miles, check engine light came on car shook like crazy. Trip #3, diagnosed this time as bad coil on #2 cylinder, $1100 quote. To top it off after I said no, they backed the quote down to $2-300 to replace just the bad one. Why are you guys recommending replacing parts that aren’t bad? I feel this was misdiagnosed from the get go. At least catch it the 2nd time in. I came and picked up my vehicle and have lost all trust in your “shop”. I’m taking it elsewhere to have repaired currently. I will never return here, I feel sorry for all the customers that you do this to. Service takes too long to complete I understand that I dropped it off and said time was not a giant factor. But almost 6 hours to get an oil change and service done? Next time I’ll just tell you guys I’ll wait or that i’d like it done in 2 hours or less. I dropped off at 920, came in at 2 because I called to see if it was done and then waited 45 minutes to have you guys wash the car. Had I known it was going to take 45 minutes to wash and clean it out i would’ve just left with it and laid for a car wash even though at $90 for a service I might as well wait for it to get done. I’m not sure what you pay your techs or what they’re doing back there but if I buy another bmw it won’t be there and it sure as xxxx isnt going to be serviced there. i like all the people. The place is clean. Everyone is friendly. But it shouldn’t cost $90 and take 5-6 hours to get an oil change, an inspection and a car wash. More
I Do Really Like My BMW Mr. Edquist (manager) was able to solve a problem that had arisen during my purchase of a pre-certified BMWx5.
