At first day I towed in my car and was told it can be done at 4 pm second day, the following day I checked with them at noon, my advisor told me they just noticed my key was there so it will be delayed for one day. at least the manager helped me out so I can get my car on time. I was treated as if I was purchasing a b We recently purchase a used Honda from this dealership. What stood out to me was the kindness we were shown. I was treated as if I was purchasing a brand new car. They went out of their way to make the decision to purchase this car was as hassle free and non pushy as possible. They loaned us the car over night to test drive, replaced lights, filled it with gas and even brought our other car home for us. We prayed and prayed for this car and it was exactly what we wanted for the price we wanted, the service just made it clear this was the car we had prayed for. The two young men we worked with Sam and Nick were amazing and I have recommended this dealership to several people already this week. We would buy a car here again for sure. More

I pay for your mistake I bought my car from BMW of KC South and wanted to use them as my dealer for service. But, the last time I took it there, I was given a loaner car fo I bought my car from BMW of KC South and wanted to use them as my dealer for service. But, the last time I took it there, I was given a loaner car for the day while my oil change was being done. When I arrived to pick up my car at 4:00 p.m., it was not ready. In fact, I did not get the car back until 5:30. In other words, my car was sitting there all day and the work was not done. When I called to talk to a manager, my call was never returned. So I tried the other BMW dealership in town. Unfortunately, they also had trouble completing my service in a timely manner. As a result, I tried KC South again. When I made the appointment this time, I stopped by the service desk to see if my oil change was covered under the maintenance plan. I was told it was and that an air filter change was also covered. I was informed that replacing the windshild wipers would not be covered. My appointment was going to be two weeks out due to scheduling, so I was told to make sure the car did not go over 50,000 miles. The morning when I dropped off the car, I meantioned in addition to the items covered under the maintenance program, I needed the tire pressure sensor replaced on one tire and the valve replace on another. I was told the cost for these items would be about $160. When I went to pick up the car, my bill was for $500. I was informed that the car was not covered under the maintenance plan anymore. I was told it ended at 36,000 miles. I have had work done at a different dealership after 36,000 miles that was covered. The frustration is that I specifically asked if it was covered and was told yes by the technician. If I knew the oil change and filter change was not covered by the maintenance plan, I would have made arrangements to have all the work done at the BMW speacilist in Waldo. I am certain it would have not cost as much as the dealership. When I called the dealership on my way home from picking up the car, I told the manager to do what he thought was fair. When all was said and done, they reportedly credited me with $100. I do not consider this fair. The unfortunate thing for BMW as a brand is that they have two dealerships in the KC Metro area that have trouble delivering a high level of service that I expect from BMW. I guess I will have to try a different luxury brand. More

BMW Purchase Rod was great! Not only was he the only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles we drove, he provided excellent customer service. We hadn’t planned on Rod was great! Not only was he the only was he knowledgeable about the vehicles we drove, he provided excellent customer service. We hadn’t planned on purchasing a vehicle that day, but after spending most of the day with Rod, we were sold and decided to go forward on the BMW X3. While everyone we encountered were friendly and made us feel at home, we really want to thank Rod for helping us and look forward to seeing him in the future! More
