I recently scheduled an oil change at BMW of Kansas City South. Norm Michael not only took great care of me but provided a deal where I could receive this and my next few oil changes at a discounted rate. T South. That by itself made my visit well worth it but I happened to be taking a long trip the following week and had an issue with my A/C.
