While they already dropped the rear diff down to replace the bad axle deals, Norm went ahead and had the tech replace the driveshaft seal into the rear diff. I appreciate that attention to smart car maintenance. If I’m already paying for the rear diff to be dropped down, it makes sense to replace an inexpensive seal. The Service Advisor role, in its name implies advice, not order taker. Norm understands my approach to car maintenance and does act as my advisor. More

While waiting, I ran into Giuseppe, who sold me the BMW. He such a great guy, kind and friendly. He sat for a bit and chatted with me and husband about other cars on the lot, and answered some questions I had about the company. He's knowledgeable and can pretty speak from experience on almost all of their stock. I always enjoy my time at the dealership.
