This time seemed convenient for me as it was also during my lunch, but ended up resulting in me spending an extra hour in your lounge, waiting for your mechanics to return from lunch to do the work. I understand everyone needs to eat, but consider blocking that time off on the scheduler. More

I was buying a preowned low price car For my son- I can’t imagine there was much profit to support commission for our rep but he treated us just as if we were driving away with the M5 all the same. The guy is a class act! In the odd case he isn’t currently in a leadership role; he needs to be considered for one. He is the type of guy I would want to be at the point of the spear for my commercial team. More

I was initially upset that I had two chips in my windshield that were not initially disclosed to me upon purchasing my vehicle. I immediately contacted Giuseppe and he sprang into action to take care of the issue. He communicated with me regularly, and got me an appointment within four days for the repair. After the repair, Giuseppe and I did a walk through of the vehicle to ensure there were no other issues. He also took the time to reorient me with some of the technology in my vehicle so I could enjoy the comfort of driving it. Thank you Giuseppe. He interacted with care and an emphasis on customer service. I expect the same in the future but more importantly, I am confident the customer service will be unwavering. More
