Great first impression. Car was fixed and bright bakc to bmw standards. Derek worked with the warranty company to get my tie rods covered. Overall excellent experience. I went in over a year ago to talk with someone in Service about my new BMW which I did buy somewhere else. The guy I spoke with didn't know an answer but said he'd contact me back with an answer. In the mean time I used Baron for my warranty work and they were very good, but proximity to SKC made me try again and I was very pleased with the experience. They were quick, professional and went the extra mile to take good care of me and my favorite car. I will be going back. More
