This is a great place to buy a BMW. Their selection is impressive. I did not buy a BMW here, I bought a used car that was a different make. After the purchase, I was contacted by the sales person that I impressive. I did not buy a BMW here, I bought a used car that was a different make. After the purchase, I was contacted by the sales person that I worked with, I thought that was nice. Since the car was for a family member, I didn't spend a lot of time driving it, but whenever I did, I would find small issues and would call and ask about them. I wasn't handed the car fax report with the list of reconditioning that was done, so that seemed fair to me. Little did I know, but I was viewed as a nuisance. I had an agreement with the General Manager on purchase day and he agreed to help me get an extra key at COST since the car had just one key. That was not honored and was a long drawn out issue that resulted in me just going to local dealer and they programmed a key for me and I paid full retail. Keep in mind, when you sign the "we owe" paperwork it's legally binding, I guess not for them though. The long story ends with the sales manager telling me "I bought the cheapest car on the lot that they had". Wow, sorry about that. But remember I did buy it, no one just gave it to me. I was actually considering a new BMW within the next year and I still am, but I'll do my research and work with someone that values my money and appreciates the money they made off selling the cheapest car they had on the lot. Service pre-sale was great, the car I came to see was actually there and reserved just for me. After the sale not so great. I'm not sure they were completely honest about the re-conditioning they did. The wheels weren't even balanced. We can all buy the extend warranty from the dealer, but that lines their pockets with even more money. More

I recently bought a ‘14 228i with almost 23,000 miles. Paullie did a great job of explaining the realities of the available prepaid maintenance Plans.
