My service tech and the service was fine. But while in the relatively confined office space for the techs, one of them was not wearing a mask. That fellow was also the one who retrieved my car. While in my car, with the windows closed, he continued unmasked. We wear masks to protect others. Your service department did not meet that expectation. Without this maskless incident, I would recommend the service department of this dealership. More

Although I just had recall repairs completed, the entire process was smooth. I would definitely recommend others to this dealership and also come back for future sales and services. Clint at BMW South Kansas City did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the status of my car. They were able to stay close to the quote they provided to fix my convertible roof and not just the wiri keeping me informed on the status of my car. They were able to stay close to the quote they provided to fix my convertible roof and not just the wiring that was quoted at another BMW service center. I own 6 BMW/Mini’s that I use the BMW service centers to help repair and maintain my cars. The BMW South team did a great job of diagnosis and fixing the problem. Looking forward to working with the team in the future on my new projects that I use the BMW service centers to help on projects that I do not have the tools or time to complete.
