Contacted both sales and used car manager several times regarding some issues. Primary issue was previous owner had extended warranty that was still active and I could not purchase a OEM backed warranty due to this. Asked dealership several times (with empty promises to call me back) to get previous owner to transfer or cancel extended warranty. Several calls/emails with no response...I did get the used car manager on the phone twice when I called and he promised to look into it and call back...nothing. Buying pre-owned $50K plus car at this dealership reminded me of a used car dealership that works out of a trailer- as far as the follow up and assistance with a minor request. I guess they are too busy selling the BMWs. Would not recommend dealership. More

A simple flat tire It was 10 pm and just as my phone went dead, my tire on the driver side rear went flat. Little did i realize it was a tread separation. With no phone i was able to get to a phone at the store and get a ride home to call roadside assistance. This is my first bmw and it is an2008 328i certified pre owned. Aside from the inconvenience and the bad timing i thought nothing of it since i paid 1500 cash for the wheel and tire warranty. I met the tow truck there at 1220 am. Luckily he was a little early. We left the car with him and he towed it with a regular tow truck to bmw like 1 mile away. I fell asleep thinking they'd take care of me. So at 730 am i talk to my service advisor. She says that my tires will cost 300 a piece, I said tires? And she said here is a tear on the tread of the other rear as well. I asked her about the warranty and she said they are not covered due to zero tread. I was told when that same shop sold me the car that i could do donuts and burn through the rim to the axle and it would all be covered, thats why i bought it. She then proceeded to tell me it would be 1 week before they could get the tires. Then she said she had pirellis and i could have it tomorrow if i chose those. I said okay and she said it would be 1200 dollars. I gasped and asked what other options there was as that was my only car and i depend on it for my job, and she said that was it. I became mad, as now i felt she was trying to scam me. Either 1200 today or 300 in a week. I told her id find a tire. Every place in town had my tire rated higher than what i had for 200 dollars, these people didnt even care that i was stressed from the night before. Then when bmw went to pick up my tire from the vendor i choose their truck broke down and i had to wait an extra day, no concern for my time though. When i finally got the car the steering wheel was crooked. I was told it was like that when they got it, which it wasnt ever. Turns out the tow truck did it and i was left going between road side assistance, bmw service and the tow company, all pointing at each other. No one offered to help me and in fact this bmw locations service manager accused me or rather insinuated that i was lying. Needless to say, in the end the tire has a bubble on it, at my previous services bmw checked my tire inspections as fine, but all of a sudden my rears have zero tread. I was in 6 weeks prior for an oil change. Now today 3 weeks after this i had to replace one of the tires. I will never buy another bmw. Also the sales manager as well as the gm have yet to return my calls or emails regarding the warranty. If you are rich i can see not having any issues, but if you are working class or below these people are con artists. More

I WENT IN TO THE DEALERSHIP TO VISIT DIANE, SHE SOLD MY MOM HER CAR, TO SAY HI AND WE STARTED LOOKING AT CPO BMW'S ON THE LOT. I WAS NOT IN THE MARKET TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE BUT FOUND SOMETHING THAT I WAS D MOM HER CAR, TO SAY HI AND WE STARTED LOOKING AT CPO BMW'S ON THE LOT. I WAS NOT IN THE MARKET TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE BUT FOUND SOMETHING THAT I WAS DRAWN TO. WORKING WITH DIANE WAS A PLEASURE; SHE MAKES THE CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE NONTHREATENING AND I KNOW SHE WILL BE UPFRONT WITH ME AND NOT "PULL ANY SCHENANIGANS" WITH ME. We had a 2002 325ci, Hans, that we loved but it was getting too old to take on the road. So we stopped by the dealership on a Sunday and browsed through the lot. Found the car that we wanted exactly; color, style, interior. Sent an e-mail Sunday to the dealership regarding trading in our current BMW. Got an estimate of the car's value for trade-in and a response from the sales staff regarding the car we had seen on the lot. Sent an e-mail the next morning, Monday, and set up a meeting to see the car and get our car appraised. Met with Sal Cucco the next day and four hours later, we drove off the lot with our new BMW 328i. Love the car. Love working with Sal Cucco who was wonderful and Joe, finance guy. The staff was experienced and helpful. They answered all of our questions and kept us plied with cold water while we waited for the car to be cleaned and readied for us. Needless to say, we love our new 328i and we love Desert BMW! Only thing left to do is name the new car? Klaus? More
