BMW of Las Vegas handled my warranty issue with no problems even though the vehicle was purchased from a different dealership. The Assistant Service manager Koa Michael was great with communications a problems even though the vehicle was purchased from a different dealership. Apparently post pandemic BMW Financial put into affect that you can only sell your car back to them. When you go in to sell it back, they lowball you on the buy back, seems a bit shady to me! that you can only sell your car back to them.
