He was patient and willing to work together to find solutions. When I drove off the lot, I was thrilled with the vehicle we found! I understand each dealership offers vehicle/tire/window packages, and was surprised at the hard sell when in the finance office. Having a strong understanding of my insurance coverage meant I didn't need the packages and this seemed surprising when in conversation to 'close the deal'. However, I did appreciate the transparent conversation and ease of the paperwork. More
