Business is designed to overcharge you and rip you off! I brought in my 3 year old BMW for an inspection which cost about $250. They recommended a battery change for $800. My side mirror was stolen, so I placed an order for a new one. That process was relatively simple, and I was told to come back on Friday to pick it up. When I came back, I was informed that they wouldn't ins one. That process was relatively simple, and I was told to come back on Friday to pick it up. When I came back, I was informed that they wouldn't install the mirror--a two second process-because of how busy they were. I was confused, as I had not been informed when buying the $600 (!!!) mirror that installation wasn't part of the deal. Instead, I was instructed to go install it myself, which I did while exactly following their instructions to a T. It stayed put about a day, before popping out and shattering. I'm out $600 now, and the entire thing could have been avoided if they'd taken the two seconds to fit it properly or to inform me they wouldn't be doing it in advance. I won't return to this location. More
