To only find out when I made a stink about it that that the Service Manager didn’t recommend either. That just told me all I needed to know about this place and the Service Advisor Jonathan’s incompetence! The service advisor is the worst. He wanted to argue me down without listening to me. He had the audacity to tell me he didn’t know where my car was serviced, Really? Maybe you should’ve checked the records before you said that. It was bought and serviced only this dealership. Nice going, way to treat a guy who spent $120k on a car! More

I came for a 11am appointment with my family to meet Greg Pol. No one even acknowledged my presence. Reminded the receptionist 5-6 times but she just kept saying to wait.
