The whole crew from Jason Moy to Rich Isaac even the CEO Joel Nash came out to greet our family, The Picked up an X7 M50i and had the best experience. Disrespect and discrimination. My son called and after getting a manager's approval, made an appt. to test drive a M5. After waiting a bit, we were escorted to see the car/s and told they usually didn't do test drives on M5, etc. Alex the salesman made a copy of my Driver's License, was going to talk to the manager about the appt. and excused himself since he was booked for 3 other appts but someone else was going to be sent to work with us... Half an hour later no manager but a salesman they dug out from "storage" who repeated the story of no test driving offered for the M5 cars but was going to check with the manager, etc.More wait for nothing...We left an hour later.. DO THEY EXPECT PEOPLE TO BUY A $120,000.- CAR WITHOUT TEST DRIVING IT ? Were we treated that badly because of our appearance ? More

They damage your car, it’s your fault I recently moved and was in search for a new service center for the several BMWs my family possess. I brought my car here, all seemed good at first, I I recently moved and was in search for a new service center for the several BMWs my family possess. I brought my car here, all seemed good at first, I took pictures of it before leaving it because I’m very particular and meticulous with my cars. I take great care of them and do the best I can to keep them in great shape. They turned my vehicle tracking feature off after being in possession of my car, which is shady. I come back to pick the car up and there’s a very obvious curbed chunk missing from my rear wheel. I bring this up with the advisors (David) and the managers (Joe Rocker) and they all try to spin it off that the car came in like that. I show them photo evidence of the car sitting in their own service drive without any damage to the wheels and they try to shrug it off. Not offering any way to fix it, claiming that it was my fault the wheel was damaged. They were extremely unhelpful and appeared uninterested in trying to come to a solution. After finally dragging a way to fix it out of them, they want me to pay for the damages caused under their supervision! More
