My experience at BMW of Manhattan was simply terrible. CPO "Client Advisor," Roy was by far the rudest person I have ever met. On numerous occasions he called me a liar and even went as far as showing up CPO "Client Advisor," Roy was by far the rudest person I have ever met. On numerous occasions he called me a liar and even went as far as showing up 20 minutes late to a meeting he scheduled with me. His response was: "I have a lot of things to do." The car he sold me was for a fair price, but later I found out that BMW of Manhattan had crashed the car in their own parking garage after I had put a deposit down. They didn't tell me and proceeded to have their own body shop do a poor job at fixing the damage. After I took delivery, I questioned them about the damage, they took the car back to their body shop assuring me the damage would be fixed properly. Well, to this day, I am still looking at poor paint work. This was my first ever car purchase and I am completely surprised that BMW America would stand for having these guys part of their franchise. I recommend you venture outside of Manhattan for your BMW purchase and service. More

I worked with Adrian Turek for several weeks plowing through all the options on my new X5. He was extremely patient and, best of all, flexible with pricing. No one knows the X5 and X6 better than Adri through all the options on my new X5. He was extremely patient and, best of all, flexible with pricing. Not at all a typical salesperson- never pushy or trying to persuade me to purchase something I didn't need or wasn't right for my personal preference.
