Milan called me one weekend with details about a specific BMW that met my specifications in my price range. Based on this call, I wound up purchasing a pre-owned BMW over a lesser quality model that I would have otherwise purchased. When picking my newly purchased BMW, Milan spent more time than I would have otherwise expected in walking me through all the features in great detail. I left the dealership feeling content, and very well informed on my purchase.
