Our experience at Manhattan BMW was not a great one, sorry to say. When you go into a place to buy something you wish for a nice sales person. We were not given options, only "IT IS WHAT IT IS" - if you buy a convertible car now this is what you pay for, you should wait until winter to get a deal---i mean, what sales person says that??? We went to buy a new 1 series convertible. We waited a while for a sales person to come and see us in the first place and then the entire experience was a mess. Maybe he was having a bad day, not sure, but we ended up feeling like he does not care if we buy or not. We left. We ended up going to Hassel BMW the next day and the service there is AMAZING. They are friendly, nice, helpfull, they give you choises, work with you, and we eneded up buying a 3 series BMW convertible at an amazing price. We are happy with our purchase and we loved Hassel BMW--we recommend them 100%!!!! I had to rate this Manhattan location as poor service as this is what we got, sorry!!! I would definetely not go back to Manhattan BMW. More

As it was my first visit, he politely answered all my questions while I did not feel pressured in any way. Milan called me one weekend with details about a specific BMW that met my specifications in my price range. Based on this call, I wound up purchasing a pre-owned BMW over a lesser quality model that I would have otherwise purchased. When picking my newly purchased BMW, Milan spent more time than I would have otherwise expected in walking me through all the features in great detail. I left the dealership feeling content, and very well informed on my purchase.
