Call my adviser Zach and left him a voicemail because he never answered his phone. He never bothered to call me back after 3 days. The same day I emailed his boss Jason Joa to hopefully get some help from him, never heard back from him either. Always had problems with this service department but kept on hoping it will improve, never did! Never coming to this place again. Worst customer service ever! More

The inspection report did not list any damages and decided to proceed and have it shipped. Once arrived the problems began. There was a vicious shake when driven. Hoping the wheels simply needed re balanced, I took it to my local BMW dealership. All 4 wheels were cracked. 3 of the 4 were repaired prior with such poor workmanship they could not be fixed. I contacted BMW of Manhattan and ROBERTO FELIZARDO stated the previous owner must have changed the wheels after inspection. Translation: "Idiot, buyer beware" I elected to elevate the poor "lease turn in inspection" issue to the general manager, Joseph Rocker. After many, many attempts via phone, emails and certified letter there was no response. Bottom line: The previous owner ripped me off and BMW of Manhattan does not provide a thorough inspection nor do they back their services. The fix cost me over $1800.00 so I'm not penalized for someone else's damage at lease turn in. They are not through and will ignore you after they get paid. Shop elsewhere, typical shady "car salesman" experience here. More
Whatever you do... do not take your car here Where do I begin? This dealership is near my job and they have 7am appointments which makes it ideal since I can drop my vehicle and pick it up. But, Where do I begin? This dealership is near my job and they have 7am appointments which makes it ideal since I can drop my vehicle and pick it up. But, as you’re reading my review realize there’s a very good reason this dealership ALWAYS have available appointments when nearby dealerships have none. They’re extremely incompetent here and purposely manipulate your vehicle to ensure you come back for their recommended services. This review is long overdue since every single time I come here I encounter an issue far worse than what I came for. This time I come for an oil change and the coolant needs to be refilled as well. I drop my vehicle off and at the end of the day the oil change and coolant was supposedly done. My service advisor Glenn Bourke stated there’s an issue with my sensor and that the part is currently out of stock but let him know if I want to fix the issue and he will order the part. He mentioned besides that there’s no real issues with my vehicle. Fast forward a day later after service I’m driving and my vehicle stops at the light and my vehicle will not cut on. Imagine being stuck in the middle of nowhere having to get towed a day later. No one mentioned that the sensor issue would cause my car not to run. If that was the case I would’ve left my car there until the piece was ordered. But, that’s just another day of being a BMW Manhattan Service Center Customer. I can guarantee they will screw you royally. I have had enough I am sick of their bait and switch. This isn’t the first time it’s happened 5 months ago I came in for maintenance including service and the moron service advisor James Cathers told me my vehicle didn’t need Oil it needed other services which totaled about $650. The minute I get home my oil light comes on. I go to the dealership the next day and the James isn’t even there. Instead a service technician added oil for me. He must be well aware of the bull his place of employment puts their customers through. Til this day I have no clue what I paid $650 for. More
Poor communication; poor staffing; poor service When you think of BMW Manhattan, you expect that exceptional service would be the first phrase that comes to mind. This is the furthest thing from the When you think of BMW Manhattan, you expect that exceptional service would be the first phrase that comes to mind. This is the furthest thing from the case. Worse than that, this store is DIRECTLY affiliated with Corporate, and the manufacturer. To say that they don't have their act together, would be understating the matter. I made an appointment on Thursday November 15 to have my vehicle taken in for a diagnostic service. I explained to the rep clearly that I knew the issue, but that Corporate NA required me to get an "official" diagnostic performed, in order to have the vehicle assessed for goodwill assistance, as I was about 5 months out of warranty. The girl clearly stated that it would not be an issue. I woke up at 5 am on Friday to beat the morning traffic, and still ended up driving 2.5 hrs to get to my appointment on time at 8am. My rep was Christian. He promptly asked me if I was aware that Manhattan "Does not do diagnostics on Fridays". The attitude was very rushed, as if they are turning over sales. I was told that they could get to my car by Mon-Tue. I stated that this would be fine, as long as a loaner could be provided. Again, I am being rushed with an answer "Were you not made aware that loaners will not be available for 1-2 weeks?" I asked him to speak to the service manager, who promptly offered the option of dropping me at an Enterprise rental, and pay a discounted rate. I spoke with the service manager, who basically stated that if I knew what was wrong with the vehicle, what was the need for me to be there. I took my vehicle and left. I don't care if my other two BMWs are more expensive than this one, you simply do not act so blatantly indifferent to the miscommunication that you created. I will NEVER bring my business to this dealer again. They absolutely STINK. I found a better dealer on Long Island (omitting the name, so that the post is not considered bias) More
Great experience leasing my first, but not last, BMW I just picked up my new X1 this Saturday and am thrilled about my new car and my experience with this dealership. I worked with Sam to set up a deal I just picked up my new X1 this Saturday and am thrilled about my new car and my experience with this dealership. I worked with Sam to set up a deal over phone/email. I had driven the X1 before, knew exactly what features I wanted, and reached out to them because they had a model that fit my needs in stock. Sam called me up, we discussed numbers, and agreed on a competative price. He then invited me and my fiancé to come in during an event they were having, which net is some free credit to the accessories store. At the same time, we put a deposit down. Oh, and somehow between when we spoke on the phone and when I came in, Sam managed to knock about $6/month off the monthly price. Then xxxx hit the fan for a little bit with a house purchase I was involves in, so I had to delay picking up the car from June to mid-July. Sam was completely understanding, reassuring me “no pressure here, the house always comes first” (that’s a direct quote from an email). Finally last Saturday we signed the paperwork, picked up our new car, and we’re treared to a quick class on the infotainment system by a genius (Daniel). Overall 5 star experience, we were treated with utmost professionalism and respect, despite hiccups that were created by our house transaction being a major annoyance and were completely not Sam’s problem. Stellar Customer Service - Top Notch Dealer - No Fuss Deals Living 80 miles east of this dealership and having frequented many others in between, BMW of Manhattan is by far, the best dealership I've walked into Living 80 miles east of this dealership and having frequented many others in between, BMW of Manhattan is by far, the best dealership I've walked into. Not only is their sales staff knowledgeable and friendly, they consistently give me the best deals right off the bat. Other dealers play the typical cat & mouse tactics everyone loathes but Manhattan is straight to the point and gives you a solid no-fuss deal the first time around, in true New York fashion. If you know what you want and are looking for a great deal, this is the place to go. More

Lucas is Disgusting! Terrible experience overall! The only person who was worth noting as being overall excellent, was the client representative, Jermaine Brown. Kudos to Terrible experience overall! The only person who was worth noting as being overall excellent, was the client representative, Jermaine Brown. Kudos to you Jermaine! Now, the bad. When I went in for my appointment to purchase my BMW , it already seemed as if the Sales employee was irritated. I later found this employee was Lucas Sienkiewicz. This guy didn't want anything to do with us. I was told to come in and speak to a sales manager, for something they could've just told me over the phone. Mr.Sienkiewicz didn't even bother introducing himself or anything. He wanted nothing to do with us. Didn't ask any questions, didn't explain anything. Stubborn, rude, disgusting. Stay away, give your business to a dealership that actually cares (Tenafly, Mamaroneck, Greenwich). More
