I have been going to BMW of Manahattan for 5 years to service my 7 series. I have never had a bad experience with them. In fact, I always call him directly now and he is always there to answer my call or return it promptly. He knows what he is doing and is always honest with me. Last week, I had to get work done on the car and he suggested it might take a few days given what the problems were. I was prepared to be without a car for while, when he called me later in the day to tell me the car was ready. It is this kind of efficient, courteous professionalism that makes me want to own a BMW forever. More

The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgable, and is honest and upfront about any additional costs, delays in pick-up time, etc. I appreciate their honesty and feel that they do care about their customers. I had an issue with my car once, and John P was very prompt and professional in letting me know exactly what was wrong. He explained the problem and the charges and was extremely helpful. With the maintainance free program, it's worry free service both financially and mentally. Some of the other guys are not so great, but Grace, Freddy and Jia Ho are the best I know. More
