I have been going to BMW of Manahattan for 5 years to service my 7 series. I have never had a bad experience with them. In fact, I always call him directly now and he is always there to answer my call or return it promptly. He knows what he is doing and is always honest with me. I was prepared to be without a car for while, when he called me later in the day to tell me the car was ready. BMW of Manhattan is a great place to purchase a car. When I purchased my CPO BMW it was hassle free without any problems.
