Although I thought they were excellent, my experience at BMW Manhattan was even better. It started with the person who greeted me at the reception. I didn't know a salesperson and she was kind enough to find me someone on a busy Saturday morning very quickly. I met Brandon Simon and immediately following a few questions, I found him to be very knowledgeable and honest. Another important factor was that during our exchanges, he answered my emails and phone calls promptly.I believe he gave me a fair deal on my vehicle and I was able to close the deal in a week. When it came to returning my car and picking up the new car, again everything was professional and efficient. More

Brandon to the rescue. At first I was a bit frustrated with me trying to get in touch with my previous sales person. However, Brandon stepped in and was more than helpful. Looking to lease a BMW X1 Coming out of a lease with my Mercedes next month so I have been looking to lease a BMW X1 suv. I found A couple of nice ones online from some dealers Coming out of a lease with my Mercedes next month so I have been looking to lease a BMW X1 suv. I found A couple of nice ones online from some dealerships. Bmw of Manhattan was one of them. I called the dealer and found a excutive demo car that had what I wanted, After speaking with a few other dealers I had a good offer all set and wanted to see if bmw Manhattan would match it. Spoke with Samuel victor and gave them all the info and what I was looking for, and that I can do the deal that same or next day. Though he was nice at first, took my info and said will get back to me. Got a call back later in the day and told me the price of their offer. All while being cold, and short with me in the mean time. I don't know why at all since a barely said a few words in the conversation when calling me back. I reviewed the offer over the phone and also about my current lease I was ending I needed to remind them of; at which point I was told 'yeah, I don't care about your lease'. I was taken back at this comment, and asked to clairify or if he is having a bad day or something(?) Im still not quite sure what's up with this person but I was nothing but nice and cordial on the phone conversations. At that point I simply said that I'll think about it and said goodbye. I didn't lease the car with them. The strange attitude was a big turn off. I know their offer was decent for the price but If that's the level of service only based on making an easy lease deal over the phone then I suggest you steer clear. More
