The awesome experience started online. I found options and requested information. Within a day I was contacted via a phone call where an appointment was set up at the closest BMW dealershi I found options and requested information. Within a day I was contacted via a phone call where an appointment was set up at the closest BMW dealership, in my case at Montgomery, AL. When I arrived, paperwork was already available for the different options. Within a couple of hours I left the dealer with the X4 I wanted. All involved were very attentive and knowledgeable. Thanks! The vehicle I purchased was shipped from another dealership. I don’t know if the salesman didn’t know the process or if the ball was dropped somewhere but when I checked with the salesman after a w dealership.
