Despite understanding how car dealership and car sales system works, it was very disappointing to see that customers are still treated as if they are stupid. Each time this sales person went to clarify th system works, it was very disappointing to see that customers are still treated as if they are stupid. Each time this sales person went to clarify the final number with his VP he returned back with a higher number and with additional clauses that were not mentioned earlier. It seemed like, even though the sales person said he has been in the sales for a long time, we were his first 'prey'. Embarrassing to say the least the total experience was exactly opposite to what my wife and I had expected. We walked out being disappointed not because we did not get the car but how we were treated as a customer. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
