Recently went in to exchange my 08 BMW X5 for a '12 X5 My sales rep was very helpful in securing the vehicle of my choice which previously had a deposit placed on it. They tried to cheat the purchase price over the phone and on site. And worst, never paid attention to customer. I am PA resident, who don't need front plate, but they put front plate on my brand new car, wit on site. And worst, never paid attention to customer. I am PA resident, who don't need front plate, but they put front plate on my brand new car, without asking my permission, resulting 2 holes on my brand new car! I bought the car by cash, but they put financial lien on my title. No one informed me this mistake until 4 months later I found out by myself from DMV office, they could not release my title. Then I called the dealer, they delayed another month and still not release my title, so now 5 months passed after I purchased my new car, I still have not received my title! Very unprofessional and low quality work, made mistakes and never trying to correct it for customers, cannot believe such bad service for BMW! More

We can not say enough about the good people and the fantastic experience we've had with Morristown BMW. We recently purchased a certified used BMW and not only was it a fantastic deal but the serv fantastic experience we've had with Morristown BMW. We recently purchased a certified used BMW and not only was it a fantastic deal but the service and experience they provided us made us feel like we were the most important client they have. From the GM Victor to the sales reps we dealt with, every detail was covered and handled in the utmost professional manner. If there was even the slightest minor blemish in the leather or headlight out on our vehicle before the sale, they said they'd take care of it through their service department and the car would look like new when we were ready to leave with it, and it did. We have dealt with many dealerships in the past and can honestly say we have never ever, been treated so well. I can only say I will be purchasing my next vehicle through them without a doubt. We have friends who purchased the same exact pre-owned vehicle from a competitor of theirs and the experience was completely opposite of ours. We recommended to them they return their X5 if they can and take their business to Morristown. We highly recommend that if you're in the market for a BMW, new or used in the NJ area, Morristown BMW is the place to go. Thanks Victor! More

UNFORTUNATELY BMW'S DONT LEASE THAT CHEAPLY." Having always believed that BMW will always be a choice when i go looking for a car, i know now NEVER to go to BMW of Morristown. I will be sure to tell all my BMW owning friends and those who want one to find it elsewhere. Purchasing a car is usually not a pleasant experience but courteousness and respect is an acceptable expectation. and my new Infiniti is AWESOME! More
I purchased a CPO 335i from this dealership and while the initial service provided by my salesman was mediocre, I eventually received some excellent follow-up service from Lorraine Ferris. This dealership has a large inventory of used BMWs and they carried more manual transmissions than I've seen at other places, so that was a plus for me. Overall, an OK-Good dealership but they did not go above and beyond expectations. More
I got my very first BMW from BMW of Morristown recently. My car salesman was Micheal Valley. After the initial dealings with him I was handed over to Brent Jackson their finance guy. He did everything in his power to get me into a BMW. He got me the best rate he possibly could with my credit with the payments I could afford. He understood that I had shopped around and would really prefer to buy a BMW if the price was right and after 2 weeks of working the banks he was able to get me a pretty good deal. The price of the car was very very reasonable. I purchased a 2007 328xi with low milage and great price. Enis T. Was also very very help full and extremely friendly, very accommodating and extremely understanding. Both Enis and Brent were very professional and very friendly. If you have the good fortune of going there make sure you request these guys by name. As far as Michael Valley is concerned I wouldn't go out of my way to deal with him, enough said. I would like to thank Brent and Enis for getting me into my first BMW, I love the car, it truly is the ultimate driving machine. More

Peter was a pleasure to work with. I was having trouble finding a dealership that had a 2011 335i xDrive Sedan with a manual transmission available for test drive. I called Morristown BMW to see if they could accommodate that request and to my surprise, they could. When I arrived at the dealership, Peter had the test drive model ready for me. The car was freshly detailed and gleaming. That sounds like it should be the norm, however after test driving BMW's at competing dealerships I quickly learned otherwise. After the test drive we decided to pull the trigger on the car. After extensive research we knew where we wanted to be in terms of final number etc. Peter worked with us and with his manager to get us to where we needed to be. After negotiating back and forth we agreed on a number and placed the order for our car, which had to be custom ordered. Peter kept us in the loop with regard to the cars progress and was in touch as soon as he learned when the car was going to be delivered. We picked the car up and everything was seamless and looked great. Before leaving the dealership I noticed a small chip in the rear drivers side passenger window. Peter arranged a time for me to drop the car off with their service department and the window was swapped out and ready for pick up the next day. Overall a favorable experience with Peter and Morristown BMW. More
