It's beyond the level of my understanding why I should have to go through this aggrevation for a service I purchase in(Morristown BMW) after all you guy's dropped the ball.I purchased in good faith I should be refunded in good faith by Morristown BMW and then you guy's can do what ever you have to do to track your money down.

Dear Mikeshave, I received your email regarding your negative experience occurred while working with BMW of Morristown. I am very sorry to hear about this experience, and that you are disappointed with our dealership. Please know that the Open Road Auto Group takes customer feedback very seriously and we will get to the bottom of this issue in hopes of a resolution. This is not an automated response, and I am currently investigating this claim on behalf of our management. In the meantime, if you will agree, please send me an email and let me know if there is anything that we can do to rectify this problem on your behalf. We requested and were promised, but never received, a letter indemnifying us from any consequences emanating from the second set of license plates that were issued by your in house Motor Vehicle department in our name. We have been given multiple and conflicting explanations as to what happened to them and where they went. There seems to be a total lack of communication and follow through between your sales people and the in house Motor vehicles department. Also, there is a total lack of confidence in that department that has been confirmed by the sales staff (which I also have a lack of confidence in)and is the reason we were finally told to register the car ourselves. This is the reason we would like this indemnification. My wife and I are praying that your service department is more organized and straight forward than the sales and motor vehicle departments in your dealership, when the time comes to get our BMW serviced. It is my firm belief that, once a customer signs the deal for a new car, the sales staff no longer cares about them. I just bought a new Porsche 911 from Paul Miller Porsche in Parsippany (actually the second vehicle I bought from them) and the difference in the customer service was 180 degrees different. Their sales staff followed through and got my license and registration in 5 business days. The minor repair problems with my car were addressed immediately and the salesman followed through in every step of the process and he was extremely helpful and straight forward. I was left with the feeling that the dealership really cares about the customer and not just interested making a sale and walking away. I will continue to do business with them for those reasons. That is the way a business who wants repeat customers conducts themselves. Unfortunately that does not seem to be the case with Morristown BMW.
