My service writer Marc was very nice. My disappointment is due to expectations. When I scheduled my service they said I needed to be there at 7:30am for my appointment. The diagnosis was what I told them it was and we had to wait another 2 days for parts. Why have me come in for a 7:30 appointment if you had no intention of working on it? More

We had an amazing experience with Dean Farakesh. We went in a few months ago to test drive a car we were looking at. We lucked into Dean being available to help us. He said it should arrive in two months, we put a deposit down and two days ago, we picked up our car. We thought about going to other dealers, but Dean made the process so easy, he was straight forward, not pushing, honest and we really felt like we could trust him. He is also very knowledgeable about their cars and patiently answered every single one of our questions. He kept us posted throughout the wait time and even offered to come in on his day off for us to pick up the car. When we went back to pick up our car, the dealership was a lot busier but everyone there seemed to be very nice, but I highly recommend you use Dean to purchase your next BMW. More

My wife and I bough a new BMW X1 from BMW of Mountain View. We had to order a new vehicle from the factory and Eric the sales person was of great help all the way, including giving us regular updates whi View. They were also able to accommodate our busy schedules for the final purchasing paperwork so that I did not have to take time off work to visit the dealership. Even after the purchase I am getting regular follow-ups from Eric and others from the dealership offering to answer any questions I may have with the new car. It was overall a great experience and we have not yet taken advantage of all the programs BMW of Mountain View offers their new car customers. More
