Every question I presented - and I had plenty of them throughout the process - was answered readily and with care. Even after purchase, the service department and sales personnel were easily available to help me with queries I had about using various perks of the car. They outshined every other car dealership experience I have had in many decades—overall, providing a very fine experience in accomplishing my core intent of arriving at a decision and a car most suitable and practical for me personally. These people are advertising two 2023 BMW X5s for sale that are NOT available. I've been working with two different salespeople, both of whom are nice people but who are not good at dealing with a custom that are NOT available. I've been working with two different salespeople, both of whom are nice people but who are not good at dealing with a customer who is really motivated to see and buy a car. The BMWs in question are both Phytonic Blue, MSport package, fully loaded and are currently being used as loaners. The pictures on the site are stock pictures, and although I've asked several times, I've had no success getting an actual picture of the actual cars. Basically, I'm being told that although the cars are allegedly for sale, and I keep getting cars.com sending me these cars as available purchase options for my search, the sales people are unable to send me pictures, provide a purchase price, or arrange a time for me to see or drive the car(s) because they are in the loaner department and haven't been "released" yet. But they'll let me know soon, maybe in a day or two. Oh wait, the GM isn't available. Oh wait, we're both off on Mon and Tues so one of us will be back with you on Wed. This has gone on for two weeks, with no firm information on when at least one of the cars will be available to view or drive, no pictures, and no asking price. Can they advertise a car for sale if it's not?? I'm very frustrated. More
