I had an extensive services done in Mountain View BMW dealership for my X1 on June 9th. I had a very positive experience with my advisor Wayne Hong who is very knowledgeable about the cars and super help dealership for my X1 on June 9th. I had a very positive experience with my advisor Wayne Hong who is very knowledgeable about the cars and super helpful to answer all my questions patiently. The coupon I brought was not applicable to my service, but to my very pleasing surprise, Wayne later found an online manufacturer coupon to save me some money. This nice gesture imo is a service go beyond and above. I will go to this dealership for my future services and definitely recommend Wayne to my family and friends who own BMW cars. More
