I had an absolutely excellent experience from start to finish at BMW of Mountain View. Leo was extremely knowledgeable of the various engines and platforms I was comparing, and was patient in helping me p finish at BMW of Mountain View. BMW of Mountain View did and excellent repair on my 2021 540i with extensive rodent damage in the engine bay. The car had been left in the driveway during a long vacation and at the same time as the major r 540i with extensive rodent damage in the engine bay. The car had been left in the driveway during a long vacation and at the same time as the major rain storms. I guess the rats must have taken refuge in the car. The entire wiring web needed replacement which meant parts needed to be shipped from Germany. More
