I first got quote from Peng thru BMW official website about my custom build. He explained clearly the custom build process and timeline estimation. I discussed with Michael in detail about my options/packages and got clear understanding and good suggestions on my custom build. We worked together to make the custom build even better. He's very professional and helpful. He also led me to a test drive with similar package combination and explain what differs from my build.
