Went to BMW of Mountain View after having had a terrible experience with another BMW dealership in the area and was greeted with a fantastic sales staff who walked me through the ins-and-outs of the vehicle experience with another BMW dealership in the area and was greeted with a fantastic sales staff who walked me through the ins-and-outs of the vehicle and kept me in the loop during the entire order process, and staying in touch with me while I waited for an allocation and all the way through to the delivery.
