I recently reached out to purchase a 2025 BMW 430i. The advertisement shows a $799 Doc Fee which is fine. What they don't share is a $695 Dingshield charge, a $695 Permaplate charge, and a $269 RoadVan The advertisement shows a $799 Doc Fee which is fine. What they don't share is a $695 Dingshield charge, a $695 Permaplate charge, and a $269 RoadVantage Theft charge. All of these charges are mandatory dealer installed "options" that aren't options at all if they are pre-installed. If you're going to pre install accessories then you should disclose that in the price of the car instead like you did with the Doc Fee. That's $1659 in additional fees. This is how your dealership gets a 2.4 rating. More

I have bought 25-30 cars in my life, everything from Honda, Toyota, BMW and Porsche. This is by far the worst and most unaccommodating dealership I have ever dealt with. I was coming in from out of state (they claimed they couldn't ship w a 3rd party). They refused to pick me up at the airport. Once I came and signed the papers no one walked me through the car or offered to show me features, they literally tossed me the keys. I bought the car on a Thursday (wired them the $ before 3 pm that day). I planned on picking up Saturday, no 2nd key, no attempt to contact the prior owner (who just turned it in off lease, and it was leased/ serviced there) to ask about a key. No discounted key if I bought one. They were also unable to tint my windows or offer something else since they couldn't. Yes, the car was used but I paid what they were asking, in cash. The worst service center that I have ever used. Plan on a 3 hour oil change. How does it take a service center 3 hours to perform a simple oil change AND YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. After asking the service desk the status of my car he went back to the technician who had to be searched for to return to working on the car. The technician then stared me down before putting air in the tires. For a high end dealership to perform such bad service is shocking. Once my service agreement is up I'm never going back. More
Do not work with Ben at this dealership. I purchased a vehicle and had it shipped and once Ben and this organization received my money they threw me to the wolves. My vehicle was suppose to be shipped and I was told I would be contacted when the vehicle was picked up. I was told that my vehicle was going to be picked up the next day (today) and NO one called me and they refuse to take my call. Additionally, the dealership continues to send me paperwork to sign because it wasn't done properly in the office. I currently sit with no knowledge of where my vehicle is, no help from customer service, and no one answering my call. This has been the worst car buying experience. I wish I read the review prior to doing a deal with this company. More
