The below concerns were addressed satisfactorily. I am grateful to Cody (sales manager) and Sam (salesperson) who insisted I will be taken care. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I will de I am grateful to Cody (sales manager) and Sam (salesperson) who insisted I will be taken care. I couldn’t have asked for a better result. I will definitely recommend them and purchase again in the future. Thanks again guys!! I purchased a used vehicle on February 8. I understand purchasing as-is is a risk however, I believe the organization knew about a critical engine issue and failed to tell me or listen to me when I told them about the previous diagnosis. This failure to be transparent or take my complaints serious is exceptionally bad business. My sales person, however, was fantastic and had nothing to do with, the mechanical issue I complained about. I was able to request a refund for the warranty. They sold me that I was told will cover the engine if there was a problem however, the specific problem is not covered under the warranty. I owned the car for one week when I brought it to my sales person‘s attention who relayed the information to the service advisor, which yielded no satisfaction . My purchase was a 2018 Audi Q7 my sales person was Sam Harrington. I went to Audi right down the road owned by sonic automotive group. The same people who own BMW and was told that the engine should be rebuilt. If BMW and Audi are owned by the same company, (sonic auto group) then the previous diagnosis should have been remedied prior to sale. They knowingly sold me a car that would require thousands of dollars in repair upon driving it off the lot. That’s the bad… the good, Sam Harrington was responsive, kind and professional. They did replace the tires, brakes and rotors which I was told they had to to be able to sell the car. Michael Erdman 615-600-6478 More
CPO Sham at BMW of Nashville As a seasoned BMW owner (7 BMW purchases not including my family), with experience in both new and CPO purchases, I was excited to find a CPO X5 at BMW of Nashville. Unfortu (7 BMW purchases not including my family), with experience in both new and CPO purchases, I was excited to find a CPO X5 at BMW of Nashville. Unfortunately, my excitement quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal, riddled with CPO violations, communication breakdowns, and potential safety hazards. CPO Checklist Ignored: - A deeply gouged door panel, well beyond "wear and tear," went unnoticed during the CPO inspection. Pictures don't lie, and this was no minor oversight. - Many dents and dings that should have been repaired with PDR. - The car lacked a second key, a standard inclusion for CPO vehicles. - Ambient lighting hasn't worked since, and the driver assistance features mysteriously stopped working within hours of driving off the lot. BMWNA Expenses Ignored, Customers Burdened: Adding insult to injury, the dealership failed to follow the BMW Center Operations Manual. The reconditioning of a CPO vehicle is meant to be billed to BMWNA, not passed on to the customer, while also taking away the financial burden from the BMW Center certifying the vehicle for reconditioning. By neglecting this policy, BMW of Nashville shirked their responsibility and has now burdened me with unnecessary costs. Radio Silence - Profit Over Customer Care: My attempts to address these issues were met with deafening silence from both my Client Advisor and even the General Managers. While my inbox overflows with upsell emails regarding extended warranties for my M340i and newly purchased X5, my concerns about the CPO violations remain unanswered. It seems customer satisfaction takes a backseat to profit at BMW of Nashville. Taking My Business Elsewhere, Seeking Accountability: Needless to say, BMW of Nashville has lost my trust and future business. Unresolved CPO violations, and communication blackouts solidify my decision. I’ve yet to submit the post sales surveys. I will ensure my honest feedback reaches BMWNA, detailing the CPO violations, lack of communication, and disregard for Center Operations Manual guidelines. Remember, customers shouldn't be burdened with a dealership's negligence. Now I’ll need to spend quite a bit of money to recondition this “CPO” vehicle. Seek a Trusted BMW Center: Avoid the headache and head to another dealership for a truly professional and transparent CPO experience. Visit Ivan at BMW of Gwinnett Place and avoid BMW of Nashville. Read all the recent reviews, and you will see over the past year, this dealership seems to have no issues profiting on lying to the customer, doing shoddy work, issuing confusing bills, ignoring the custo past year, this dealership seems to have no issues profiting on lying to the customer, doing shoddy work, issuing confusing bills, ignoring the customer, and showing no concern for resolving these obvious, and at times, legally relevant issues. Here's the bullet point short list- read more if you want more details: -1 year of repair resulting in still having the same problem -Confusing bills that we're $5k over original estimate, but the actual problem was never even repaired -terrible customer service, outright lies from mechanic about repairs, costs, and what was actually wrong with the vehicle. -You will take your car to another mechanic who will fix it and actually be fair with you anyways, so do not waste time, money and frustration to go to this dealership, ever. I had a car repair that took, start to finish, over 1 year to complete. The repair cost $5,000 OVER the estimate, the mechanic go the car back from me three times after initial fix, could not find anything wrong with it, even after I submitted videos of multiple times the engine failed. The mechanic tried to include irrelevant information to somehow make me seem like I was foolish or was somehow responsible, or simply making it up, each time. The engine failure continued, and finally, almost 11 months later, after I had paid in full for a brand new engine, installation, and services, yet still had a non-working car. I took my car to another mechanic. That mechanic recognized immediately that the problem was the water pump of the new engine was defective, causing a coolant issue, all of which was an easy find. ..........This means that the engine had NEVER worked since the install in Dec.of 2022. But the mechanic I had, Kenneth M, could not diagnose the problem even after multiple times I complained and dropped off the car for repair, after the original engine install, each time he had claimed he had checked out the car, ran diagnostics, and that everything was in complete working order per manufactures specs. Yet, every time he placed that on my invoice and told me that same thing over the last year, the water pump was defective, the coolant was completely emptied from engine, and he NEVER NOTICED OR COULD DIAGNOSE THIS. BMW corporate would confirm this, because they paid for the work to have it repaired, the second time, because it was a manufactures defect of the new engine. So the extra $5,000 of labor for his install of my engine, the year of time where I had to fight with BMW, pay for numerous rentals and tows, as well as having to take it to another mechanic in general, the poor communication, unwillingness to listen to the customer, incompetence of work and repairs, and overall just the worst experience I have had with any dealership, are all reasons to NEVER BUY or REPAIR your vehicle at this dealership!! Light now comes on intermittently and the temperature gage, which has never in the life of the car. Gone past 12 o’clock now I was running at about 1 o’clock. I called to try and ask them what they might’ve done and what might be the problem. They got an attitude with me and told them that all they did was look at it. It was a visual inspection and they didn’t touch anything. Then the girl on the phone started telling me that the phone was fading out. Completely childish. I finally got tired of this and I’ll be going down there tomorrow morning. As of right now, I definitely would not recommend this company to anyone. More
Drove 4 hours for no reason before going I called to see if it would be a problem if I didn’t have my title they said it wouldn’t be, (car is paid off) got done with 85% of the process all for them to say if it would be a problem if I didn’t have my title they said it wouldn’t be, (car is paid off) got done with 85% of the process all for them to say they couldn’t do the trade.. at the very end(sign paperwork and all).. Not professional at all.. then going to say I could finish the application without the trade being on there but that mean I would still have two cars.. offered to mail the title when I got a new one they said no but said I could leave a car on the lot.. why would I leave my car if y’all didn’t want it… More
Words cannot even begin to express the frustration I have had purchasing a NEW $100K car from this dealership. My initial frustrations came with the lack of customer service and the lack of attention to det had purchasing a NEW $100K car from this dealership. My initial frustrations came with the lack of customer service and the lack of attention to detail during the delivery of the vehicle. But I wish that was the whole problem. I bought this car back in January, and it is now March and I have no plates for my car because the dealership failed to pay the correct tax and title amount to the tag office. This has now resulted in a bigger delay getting my plates, and penalties because they did not file the paperwork or response on time. The even bigger problem is trying to get anyone at this dealership to handle the situation. I have been transferred numerous times, hung up on, and flat out ignored.... Do yourself a favor and when purchasing a new luxury vehicle especially one over $100K, go somewhere else that cares about their customers. More
I just bought a 2019 Z4 from another dealer, but took it in to BMW of Nashville for a checkup and to check on an alignment issue. Turned out it was pretty severe suspension damage from the prior owner and in to BMW of Nashville for a checkup and to check on an alignment issue. Turned out it was pretty severe suspension damage from the prior owner and a pothole. Joseph kept me up to date the entire time, explained everything, was very professional, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. It's good to have a service department you can trust. I will stick with Joseph and BMW of Nashville from now on. More
