Had a motor mount replaced and needed a new battery. Expensive but a necessary fix. Hopefully the repairs were all that were needed so far. The only disappointment involved was that there no loaner vehicle available and no shuttle service for the car being in service in a two day period. Had to rely on my own transportation. These services are the hallmark of the BMW experience and they couldn't deliver as advertised. More
