This is my second vehicle purchase with BMW of North Haven in 5 years. It is perhaps not hyperbole and not an uncommon experience when one walks in to a luxury automobile dealership only to be met with Haven in 5 years. It is perhaps not hyperbole and not an uncommon experience when one walks in to a luxury automobile dealership only to be met with by a sales associate who demonstrates an air of superiority! I have experienced such in a number of dealerships over time but definitely not my experience at BMW of North Haven. The culture of the business seems to reflect what I feel they believe in, which is to treat the customer as the most important person and as the reason for their existence; support the customer with information and not necessarily resort to high pressure tactics. The staff at the dealership seem to greet customer(s) as they walk in even if they are not directly dealing with your purchase. Basel Saad who was primary on my purchase is very knowledgeable, experienced, understated, friendly and facilitative in his approach to the customer, readily accessible and eager to problem solve. I also had the pleasure of working with Chandran the General Sales Manager who is very friendly, experienced and values a customer very much. It was a delightful experience interacting with him throughout and he even picked up the slack as we completed the transaction since Basel was away on a much deserved vacation! Eduardo (Eddie) their business manager and Joseph who was responsible for educating me about the 'gizmos' were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and very professional. I have again completed a purchase I feel good about and with the confidence the dealership cares and will be there should I need them at any time - Great work everyone and do not ever change! More

Terrible communication. I was very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated by the service advisor Alison. I called several times about additional service that my I was very disappointed with the manner in which I was treated by the service advisor Alison. I called several times about additional service that my car required and she did not bother to return any of my calls. Additionally, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful manner by an admin rep when I inquired about why Alison was not returning my call. I was told that she sent a text message to me and that is considered communication. Unacceptable! Not everyone likes text message! More
